Placing an Item on Lay-A-Way and Making Payments
Every item in our Online Showroom is available for our online Lay-A-Way service. When an item is placed on Lay-A-Way, you will be prompted to choose a number of payments and a payment amount. By accepting the number and amount of payments, you are agreeing to make that number of payments within that selected number of months. Any missed payments will automatically cancel your layaway and any previously paid funds will be forfeited.
Payments may be made at any time at your discretion, provided that the first payment is made at the initiation of the Lay-A-Way and each payment thereafter is made before or on the due date selected when you initiated your layaway. The number of payments and payment amount may not be changed. Payments must be made on this website through the “My Account” feature. Payment will not be accepted through the physical location or any other way.
Items marked as “Out-of-Stock” are available for our online Lay-A-Way service. However, we do not represent or warrant that an item marked as “Out-of-Stock” will be available for delivery upon completion of all Lay-A-Way payments. Nor do we represent or warrant that items currently available for delivery will be available for delivery upon completion of all Lay-A-Way payments. Item availability is subject to stock available from the manufacturer(s). If your item is not available when all Lay-A-Way payments are completed, you may either (i) wait for the product to become available; or (ii) cancel your order without any cancellation fee and receive a store credit equal to the amount you have applied towards your Lay-A-Way item.
Once all layaway payments are made, we will contact you to arrange a pickup or delivery date for all in stock items. Items not in stock may require 10 - 14 days before delivery or pick up date can be set.
Shipping fees and sales tax, if applicable, are included in the Lay-A-Way payments.
All sales are final. No returns, no refunds, no exchange. If a change is requested to your layaway, we can normally accomodate as long as the item you originally ordered has not been received here locally. Any changes must be of equal or greater value to the original order to avoid forfeiture of your deposits.
